Delivery Management Consulting (DMC) is a management consultant based organization. 

What this means is that we are consultants with a mission to work with the client to address critical business and technical issues by providing valuable solutions.  This is done by:

·        Conducting an assessment to determine what the problems are

·        Preparing a strategy document to outline the plan to correct the problems based on business priorities

·        Preparing a plan that outlines which of the problems will be addressed

·        Executing the plan so that the end product is what was expected, the project is done on time, and the budget is not exceeded

What is Delivery Management?

Delivery Management goes beyond project management and explores a much broader area at a higher level of management.  Delivery Management is the organization, administration and supervision of the people, processes, and technologies, which when combined into a comprehensive plan, provides the business and technical functions needed to successfully achieve what a client expects to receive. 

 

The person responsible for this type of work is referred to as the Delivery Director and has a wide range of skills in areas such as:
